Policies:Guarantee: All merchandise manufactured by Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced by Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!). Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. If factory deems merchandise as defective, return the merchandise for replacement or credit. Orders: Phone orders are not accepted due to the potential for error. All orders must be faxed or e-mailed. Orders are not put into production unless order is complete. Orders are considered complete with a complete shipping address, camera-ready art and any artwork approvals if required. Proofs: Black & White proofs will be provided via fax or PDF files eMailed. Artwork for all ordered must be approved and signatures fax or eMail back before order is place into production. Minimum Orders: All imprinted products have a 50 item Minimum. Terms: Credit card or C.O.D. Production of merchandise will not begin until prepayment is received. In some instances, production will not begin until prepayment has cleared. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Customers outside the U.S. must use a credit card or send certified funds in US dollars for merchandise and freight with order unless prior arrangements have been made. Pricing: Prices are per product color. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Call for quote for quantities not listed in catalog. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Right To Promotion: Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time the order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display and or printed on promotional items. Over/Under Runs: Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) ships and bills exact quantities ordered. Turn-A-Round: Most orders will be shipped in 6 to 12 working days after artwork is approved. Please give 1-3 Business Days to get artwork approved and 2-5 days for ground shipping. Rush Orders: Available with prior approval and a $35 Rush Charge. Limitation of Liability: Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of shipment, In no case shall Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) liability exceed amount charge for goods. Product Liability: Customer agrees to assume any and all liability resulting from claims against Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) for infringement of patents, copyrights and personal rights. Hours of Operation: 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. We are closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas through New Year's Day. Changes/Cancellations: All orders are considered firm. Any change, other than quantity, to the order once in production will be billed for any work done, plus any additional work required by the change. Changes in quantity can be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion of any portion of production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Any change made after start of production will delay shipping. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with work performed to date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!). Trademarks: The names, artwork, designs, logos and trademarks or similar reproduced throughout this catalog are solely intended to show the type and quality of imprinted products available. It does not imply a product/service endorsement by Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!), nor does it imply an endorsement of Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!) by the respective owners of the marks. By placing an order with Announcing-Baby.com (Put Your Name On It!), you represent and warrant that you have the right to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, artwork, designs, logos, trademarks or similar identified in your order. The customer also agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Announcing-Baby.com and its parent company (Put Your Name On It!) , from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney Fees).
